2011 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Santorini Black
Finally I got it!

Gents,

finally I got my new TDV8 4.4 Thumbs Up

Well, it arrived earlier then it was expected and I'm really happy. Definetely it was worth waiting for four months Rolling Eyes

It's a VOGUE in santorini black with black interior (p-trax will approve Cool ). I drove it for about 300 kms in the weekend and wow, what a car Bow down I knew the new 4.4 diesel was great, I test drove it 3 or 4 times, but when you drive it for a couple of days you really feel its power. I have a good diesel experience, mainly 5-6 cylinder engines by VAG and MB but this one is a giant step forward.

I've made some minor mods as you may see:
- installed the carbon mirror covers (that was sooo simple)
- added autobiography black vents and autobiography grille (haven't decided on the fogs and lower trim, maybe will keep it black as it is now)
- changed the side repeaters for a cleaner look
- tinted the windows

And I have many plans for the future Laughing :
- colour coded handles covers
- carbon pillars (to match the mirrors)
- sidesteps and mudflaps
- lower front trim to match the grille (maybe)
- led interior lights

Sorry for the dirty pics, weather was not so good these days Confused

PS: is there a way to enable foot lights when driving? Can't figure out, it looks like no Evil or Very Mad

The grille was a gift from the dealer and the vents were bought from brit-car. Santorini Black RR Vogue 4.4 TDV8

I think yes, the ride quality is good with them (maybe after the R19 275/45 on my previous car), even on bad roads Very Happy
Maybe I will get some dark alloys for next season and keep these for the winter tyres. Santorini Black RR Vogue 4.4 TDV8

20" look fantastic, but they just aren't that practical if you off road or want a luxury ride

As a Range Rover fan, I think that the pillars should not be touched!

It's your car and your decision, but I'm sure most people here would agree with me!

Anyways, congrats on the purchase! Thumbs Up 2000 BMW M5, Avus Blue/LeMans Leather Interior

Gents, I appreciate your feedback
Well, I had many doubts on the pillars but after installing them I still have some Rolling Eyes
I've seen many silver and white RR(S) with color-coded pillars (especially the first and last ones) and never liked the look because they kinda "kill" the design and make the profile of the RR less recognizable.

That is why I've tried to make this mod not so invasive, I've kept the look of the RR profile. You see the carbon only when you're close to the car. Here's a closeup from the iphone:

First and last pillars were not touched. I will post better pics of all the car later. Santorini Black RR Vogue 4.4 TDV8
