Rear climate sync

Both temp controls are synced on my rear climate when you twiddle the knobs (ooer, etc). So if you adjust either side, the other side does the same. I could have sworn that the temps could be adjusted independently but can't for the life of me work out how. Any ideas? I'm sure you can do this on my wife's 2016 RRS AB. 2017 Vogue SE

I think on the Vogue SE you only have 3 zone climate control. Driver, Passenger and Rear are the 3 zones.
