No Traffic Info
Renewed map subscription, got new SIM. Traffic info worked for a few days, now I have a permanent 'Traffic Information is not available'. Looking up map info it says searching offline (rather than online). Does this mean the SIM has failed?
Anyone know what has caused this pleas?

OK, so 3 years in, looking all over the In Control site to work out how to renew any of the services (Pro, Protect, Remote Premium, Secure),. Can't find how to do it. There's just the little buttons, a statement against each that its expires and a description at a dropdown. I go around in circles trying to find how to renew.
All the help stuff says go to the In Control website (My LandRover In Control) but there's no way to renew. Help!
On my phone, main screen shows my VIN, but when I go to renew subscriptions it says the VIN is missing. 17 MY Corris Grey 4.4 VAB
