Hopefully one of you superstars can help with my latest issue.
On starting the car I intermittently get no power to any of the buttons on the steering wheel, including the horn. This causes cruise and forward alert not available and amber gearbox fault warnings.
After a minute or so of driving the power comes back to the buttons and if I stop and restart the car the faults clear.
I have had the steering angle sensor, clock spring/rotary coupler and brake pedal switch replaced and the wiring checked and contacts cleaned. The battery is only around 6 months old and new alternator fitted.
Any ideas please as I’m still at a loss..
local Indy suggests maybe a software upgrade is required, hesitating taking to the stealer if this will not be the fix.
