It's difficult to tell from the photo but looks like the piston is scored. I'd clean it up and if it is scored, I'd seriously consider replacing if a gentle treatment of wire wool inside the chamber plus a new piston doesn't fix it. 2015 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 SDV8
