Search facility.. ?

OK, I'm sure I'm missing the obvious here Embarassed

But, how do you use the 'Search' facility ?

I'm trying to look for Sat nav upgrade but I'm coming up with 913 results - anything that has sat or nav or upgrade is shown in the results Confused How do I narrow it down a bit..

Thanks.

That's the bit I'm talking about.. Wink It's coming back with 913 results, just wondered if it would narrow down at all.

Putting the phrase in quotations should work

"sat nav upgrade"

Enter "sat nav upgrade" (i.e. use double quotes).

Putting something in quotes will match the exact string, adding a plus to each word will ensure the results contain all the words, although they can be in any order.

I.e +search +strings Will match all posts that contain both 'string' and 'search'

This a fairly standard for search engines, so is very useful when googling.
