good article, been expecting it for a while to be honest. The market had to level out at one point and the lack of new registrations has created a deficit on the used car market of vehicles not been traded in, together with the euro pushing prices up of imports.
Whatever the final result is a RR is still going to suffer from horrendous depreciation, but this news might just might make it a bit more palatable!
RR depreciation has in my experience averaged out historically at around the £10k average mark per year in the first three to four years of ownership from new i.e. £200 per week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Discoveries were around the £5k to £6k mark
