A big shout of thanks to everyone who helped me. I have just ordered a Westfalia tow bar, with vehicle specific, , 13 pin, led electrics, from PF Jones. Make the enquiries on the phone, but they wouldn’t take my order. So ordered online. £560 all up. Going to fit it myself with help. Thanks Guys, love this forum. 2013 SDV8 4.4 SE Luxor.

I chose the more expensive led electrics because it’s the future proof option, and will work on led or bulbs.

So I fitted my Westfalia today, here’s my observations. I watched the only video online, the
American one. Good guide, but some differences because they have a US spec vehicle. The exhaust system in the US one is different. There is no difficult threading of the bracket through the exhaust, as in the video. Otherwise apart from a couple of difficult threads quite straightforward. I have got the small panel back without modifying.. so although it took me most of the day, that’s just me.

Thank you for the update, I am thinking of buying one myself, Can i ask when the tow bar is removed is the holder visible? does it protrude beneath the bumper (like the L322's) Any photos would be appreciated....
