I have read numerous posts from customers waiting for their new L460, and their frustration at the lack of responses from their main dealers. We know about chip shortages etc, but some of the excuses are pathetic.

In an article in the Telegraph about waiting times for full electric cars, the best waffle response I saw had to be this from VW, when asked about waiting times....

Quote....'our retailers are ready and waiting to work with customers to manage the delivery window and have a range of tools to support customers while they wait for their car'
I reckon that the biggest 'Tool' had to be the one that made that quote
