I’ve decided to sell my L322 5.0 Supercharged, now that it’s been replaced by an L405 and isn’t getting a huge amount of use anymore.

First registered December 2009, I’m the 6th owner and it has 103.5k miles.

The two main reasons this 5.0 SC attracted me when I bought it were the relatively rare Pimento / Jet interior - although I appreciate this is a bit of a love it / hate it choice (!) personally I think it looks fab, particularly with the Santorini Black paintwork.

Secondly, this car has had the timing chains / tensioners etc work completed in May 2018 by JE Engineering in Coventry (hugely respected). This work also included a new Supercharger and various other parts, all itemised on the £11k invoice!

Having had a few 5.0 SC’s (both L322 and L405) I can say the engine idles very quietly by comparison.

The bodywork is in excellent condition, the upper tailgate has no rust present whatsoever, similarly the rear arches are good, they did have some surface rust but have since been treated / painted (I have the Freelander seals to fit but have left these off for now so potential buyers can see the condition of the arches).

The interior is in superb condition, with no undue wear - I’ve recently replaced the driver’s seat base foam, so it’s nice & supportive again.

It has the usual & comprehensive 5.0 SC Autobiography spec. and everything works as it should.

I’ve recently fitted new rear discs / pads and a new rear wiper arm / blade.

Tyres are all matching Pirelli Scorpion Verde with 6-7mm even tread remaining.

Book pack Inc. the original service book and both keys are present.

£15,000 Inc. new MOT next week (any advisories sorted).

I was over at Jonathan's earlier this week and had a quick look at this whilst there.

It truly looks excellent and as usual photos don't do justice to it, particularly the interior. It suprised me that I liked the Pimento immediately the door was opened. It does not look at all garish and the light headlining gives a sense of airiness to the interior which, in my opinion, black would not.

Why did I not consider purchasing it you may well ask. I've just bought myself a toy and can't justify two such purchases in quick succession.

If you are interested I feel it would well be worth a look.
