A few electrical gremlins to sort out -BT, sat nav, etc

Now I've got acquainted with my 4.2SC MY06 and decided I love the way the car looks and drives, it's time to sort out a few things. I was aware of all of these things below, bar one (Adaptive light flashing on dash) when I bought so offered what I thought it was worth to me and bought it.

The sat nav shows I'm out in the middle of the sea somewhere, I bought a new disc and it shows the same so I presume it's the sat nav aerial? Is there anyway of testing that this is what it actual needs before chasing parts and doing trial and errors?

The reverse cam shows a black screen when I select reverse and a beep and light on from the pdc switch. Taking one thing at a time. Is there a way of testing the cam before buying a replacement? For example checking power at certain points on the car to make sure it's not as simple as lose or broken wire? With the parking sensors, I'm presuming these are a similar set up to what's on my Merc as in if one gives up it takes the whole system out?

Refence the BT I can see by looking in the rear that it has what looks like a bypass plug fitted. All the units appear ok with no discolouring or rust so maybe a simple case of the unit itself just giving up?

The other niggles that might not be for this thread are the steering wheel will adjust in/and out but not up/down and when I take the key out you can hear a motor powering up maybe intending to do something like bring the steering wheel in for comfort access to get out the car?

Adaptive light on the dash flashes (the seller had this nicely covered with black electrical tape) and lastly the sunroof which didn't work straight off from pressing the button, then went into tilt mode and wouldn't close. I popped into a local specialist who plugged his laptop in and closed it but was forthcoming with what was causing it apart from saying it was designed to stop working in the event it thought someone had their fingers in the way. There was power getting to it and where the Specialist closed it - I presume the motor works ok and it's a sensor?

Thanks for reading this. While I can live without some of these things it would be nice to get them sorted to make the car 100% complete for me.
