Glovebox

Morning all

So fitted my dash cam set up a few days ago and found that once I opened the glove box to do the wiring onto the fuse box that was the last time the glovebox closed. It's permanently stuck open now. Manages to get a slim screwdriver and press the latch so it would lock but it doesn't stay in the closed position so to speak.

Anyone experienced this in the past? What's the easiest way too deal with it? New lock?

Cheers folks

Forgive the obvious but maybe it needs some adjustment or an oil after doing whatever to it?

Shouldn't need to interfere with the glove box though, as wiring only involves popping off the side panel. 2015 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 SDV8
