MY2011 US Side Light mod

I have an EU RRAB MY2011 TdV8 and was wondering if it is feasible to modify the front and rear lights in order to have the red and yellow vertical side lights on like in the US market

Thanks but I am trying to modify the one I have in stock adding lights, not buying new ones

Any advise?
