2006 Range Rover HSE TDV8 Buckingham Blue

Manifold and gear lock solenoid

Sorry for the double post.

I have a 2007 L320 TDV8 and the upper manifold(s) have blown.

Going to use a LR specialist to repair.
Anyone know a rough cost ?
Defo the drivers side one but probably the passenger one too 🥲

Also noticed today the gear/shift lock solenoid seems louder. Can these be sprayed with lubricant ? PTFE spray ? Silicone ? Lithium grease ???
