Im not too sure about the difference in seats as i've only had Autobiography apart from one SE and i cant remember if the seats where different.

I have a 14 ATB and find the seats not all that comfy. I mean they are ok....better than most SUVs but I'd expect a little more comfiness in a RR let alone ATB. After more than 2 hrs of driving I have to stop and get out....the massage does help though.

The AB seats are semi-aniline leather which is softer and feels a bit nicer, there is a massage function and the rear seats have cooling as well as heating (UK spec). In later models AB seats offered more adjustment, maybe in 2013/14 the side bolsters were adjustable from Vogue SE upwards (UK spec). The level of padding etc would be the same. 2018 MY on seats are more fully padded and more comfortable.
