Hey im looking at buying a 2013 supercharged or a 2014 autobiography. Are the autobiography seats more comfortable? Or is it just nicer semi-aniline leather? Softer leather I guess can make it more comfortable, but wanting to know if structure or padding is different?

The 2013 is well optioned with massage seats and 12k cheaper than the autobiography. BUT if autobiography seats are amazing someone let me know!

Also are first year 2013 models OK to buy or should I get a later year?
The 2013 has 61k miles and the 2014 65k miles.

Im not too sure about the difference in seats as i've only had Autobiography apart from one SE and i cant remember if the seats where different.

What I can say is that i had a 2013 Autobiography for 4 years and it didn't cost a penny except service and tyres. It didn't have one warranty job done on it. It had done 13000 miles when purchased and 60000 when i changed this time last year. It was the 3.0 diesel version. ------------------------------------------

Good to hear! Thanks for feedback, sounds like 2013s were decently put together.

Anyone else out there who has tried regular vs AB seats have an opinion?

In the meantime I will try and find a local AB to test and see if a quick drive shows a difference.

I have a 14 ATB and find the seats not all that comfy. I mean they are ok....better than most SUVs but I'd expect a little more comfiness in a RR let alone ATB. After more than 2 hrs of driving I have to stop and get out....the massage does help though.

I had an 08 LUX model prior and the seats were about the same comfort wise......the ATB obv look more luxurious and nice leather though 2014 FF Autobiography 5.0 SC

The AB seats are semi-aniline leather which is softer and feels a bit nicer, there is a massage function and the rear seats have cooling as well as heating (UK spec). In later models AB seats offered more adjustment, maybe in 2013/14 the side bolsters were adjustable from Vogue SE upwards (UK spec). The level of padding etc would be the same. 2018 MY on seats are more fully padded and more comfortable.

Your best bet is to drive both and see what you prefer. Only Range Rovers since 1988
