Strange noise from passenger footwell?

I keep getting a strange noise from the passenger (left) footwell. It sounds like either trapped water or maybe a groaning sound. My suspension is all ok and my engine temperature is fine. Has anyone else had this strange noise? It’s a 2011 4.4tdv8
