My first daft attempt at helping would be to suggest......are you loading the CD's into the cassettes upside down, especially as you are getting the same fault with both, don't ask me how I know

i have used a similar cleaning disc and fluid on my 2006 car CD player and a lap top 'built in' disc drive with good results

My 2010 has the same problem. I've tried a cleaning disk with no effect.

Hi everyone, I do actually repair Range Rover dvd changers and cd changers, i stock all the parts needed to fix these units.

Hi Daniel, I couldn’t eject my dvds, read on here that if you tap the unit, it releases! Certainly did for me!
