L322 Washer Jets - Can't fit them!

Hi everyone - I just broke one new washer jet already doing this-

I got the old one out alright- but can't fit it back in. When I push it down, it seems to slip into place, and would just need pressure to get it in- but the nozzle that the hose attaches to is in an awkward position. I think that's why it broke off last time.

Please see picture - it clicked in, but if I were to push it in now, the hose nozzle will snap under the bonnet because it's catching under where the cowling slots in.

It would make more sense to push it in from right to left, on the picture..?

Embarrassing asking something so basic but I'm stumped!

The only way I managed to fit a new one without damage was to remove the cowling, fit the washer jet and refit the cowling.

Figured it out... you have to really squeeze the prong, and it must go in from right to left or else it'll break.

Hope this helps someone else!

As mentioned above, remove the panel they fit into and then fit the jets and refit the panel Thumbs Up
