It's a bit of a "mare" to do, but just fiddly. Move the seat all the way forwards and up before you disconnect the multiplug otherwise you'll never get it off.

No, there are a few torx screws in there, you'll think you've got them all, but there will be a couple you'll miss. I missed the one at the back.

You'll figure it out.

Yes and no , once you have undone the screw at the back you need to carefully work your way around releasing all the clips and the seat control panel from the trim.
If you are replacing a cracked trim then I guess its not so bad to brake a few because like Dan said " it's a bit of a mare "
other wise some of the bigger clips at the bottom can be very stubborn . 2008 MY Supercharged

The clips can be quite fragile as I found when I removed my old ones. If I remember rightly, refitting them, hook them on at the front first then clip them into place. Make sure the lumbar adjustment switch is clicked all the way in, it's a Censored when it pops out and you have to remove and refit a 2nd time. 2006 Mercedes CLS

theres a screw at the back, you can see this fixing, then you want to unclip the trim at the front, i found if you push the trim into the seat at the front and pull out the part that curves around the front it will unclip, then there are 2 clips under the trim, you can see these if you get down and look under the seat, with your finger just pull down on them gently and it will release.
now theres 2 at the top and these are tricky and can end up broke but can be glued.just wiggle the trim and it will come off. Very Happy V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.

At the risk of stating the obvious, and repeating what has already been said, if you are replacing the part, getting it off is not the issue - but make sure that the all the clips of the new part are perfectly aligned before committing, as if you engage the top clips and the rest is not aligned, releasing them without breaking them, is ......
