Sorry in advance for the long post, and it’s an odd one.

Mines a L405 2016MY with the original head unit and software. I upgraded the HERE maps to the last version 2020 in August last year and all was fine.

I came to input a postcode today and lost the actual map but the information around it ie current location/road, ETA, distance etc is visible. (pic1)

I thought that i would re install the Here update to give the system a kick but got the message on pic2.
Which is odd as the usb stick is the latest and I haven’t installed anything else.

So now if i just select nav i have no map but do have the overlays of information. I know the gps is working as when i drive around the street information on the bottom changes and is correct an even when i use the guidance the “voice” gives the correct directions and information, but again no map.

Is there any reset or something before i take the universal 4lb adjustment tool to it?
