Loose door panel

I’ve had a search and come up with nothing. The door card on the passengers side keeps coming loose and flapping about at the bottom. I’ve replaced all the poppers but it still does it (obvs banging them all home fixes it but it doesn’t last). I’m thinking of resorting to Velcro pads or even double sided tape. I’ve suggested to SWMBO that instead of slamming the door she might consider using the soft close facility - it would be easier teaching a crocodile to fly. Any suggestions? Geoff

actual they do exist Geoff.. Mr. Green

first of all i'd look to see why these clips arnt staying in the holes..are they the correct ones?
if its a case of they are the right ones and wife is very strong then some gorilla double sided tape will do the job. ... - .- -.

I realised after I posted that the flying crocodile was more interesting than my door. Its not a big job to remove the door trim but its not an "outside" job either - cold and damp here. However, I will have everything to hand for all the options when I do take it off, it's not urgent but it bugs me. Geoff

I would try just putting a loose clip in each hole and making sure there is nothing obstructing them going fully home. Might be the plastic liner? 2012 tdv8 Westminster arrived Jan 19 gone Dec 23
