P040D is a well known exhaust temperature sensor on passenger side. Usually causes no issues. Full write up on here on how to replace but if car is not showing any warnings then no need to worry.
I'd clear them all and then recheck in a weeks time. The P040D will always come back. I had my sensor replaced by a specialist when it was in having other stuff done. I thought I might aswell get it done. Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"

Hello DrRob...I did do a full clear and these where the ones that stayed....my left rear light cluster seems to be working fine so maybe there is just a gremlin in the wiring
