Turbo should be OK if the endfloat and radial play are within specs. A pressurised turbo drain won't restrict oil flow through the turbo as this is at much higher pressure - good luck. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

Id reckon theres less then .5 of a mil playin the bearing , ive seen alot lot worse in my time and the car has run just fine
