Hello. Have anybody used this firm for servicing a wristwatch, or heard any report about them?

Do you play golf? My mate knackered his self winding Rolex via the shock from big drives. Rolex told him to stop wearing it for golf. FFRR SDV8 Autobiography |

I'll second that. The Watch Guys did a brilliant job servicing my Submariner for a fraction of the price Rolex charged. |

Thanks to everyone for their advice. I've kept the address for watchguy. I don't play golf James. |

I believe shooting a shotgun can also cause issues for the self winding mechanism. I've got an old Omega Speedmaster and avoid wearing it if I'm shooting. |

Never had a problem routinely shooting a shotgun with a Rolex or a Tudor on the wrist. That includes 3"1/2 shells of 60+ gram loads through pump action shotguns. |

I’ve worn both my Speedmaster and my Seamaster (not at the same time mind…) whilst shooting and never had a problem. Both just get routine servicing with no issues reported. |
