Interesting my handbook says Castrol Antifreeze SF (NF for diesel) but does not specify a replacement schedule. I have believed that it should be changed after 10 years, so your comment made me think where did I get that from. I found a spec sheet for the Havoline that says 250k kms or 5 years however all the Service check sheets I can find for the L322 say 10 years, which is obviously where I got my data from. I wonder what the reality is or should be? That's the Workshop Manual not the Handbook and still does not give a change schedule.

I didn't flush my system but that's the way I would have done it including putting neat coolant in.
