Very cool, and I would give that nut and bolt approach a go next time it goes.
The local garage garage changed out the plenum today for £664 all in with 2 hours labour.
The dealer has offered to reimburse me for the brake fluid and coolant change as well as the plenum. So that's a win.
Going to give the Rangie a good blast tonight and see if it feels any zestier, Encourage alternative fuels, use all the petrol!

Indeed it it, right now Range Rover ownership is nice and cheap Laughing

SWMBO says the car feels smoother and I agree with her, I have done some enthusiastic driving and I can now feel the second turbo come in and have no cabin smells, so all good on that front.

The thing is, I'm still a bit disappointed with the performance (yeah I know I should have got a supercharged), but I put some of that down to the laggardly transmission which is due to be serviced this month. I'm hoping improvements by degrees will help the overall feel. Encourage alternative fuels, use all the petrol!
