Can it be fixed ?

My 2019 SVA been at dealer over 4 weeks and have no idea why rear of car gets loose on uneven roads over 40mph.
Senior techs don’t know
Land Rover assist don’t know
Land Rover tech dept don’t know

Land Rover engineering now involved.

Has any one had a car they couldn’t sort and what was the outcome ???

Thanks

Scotland 2014 Range Rover Vogue SDV6 Santorini Black

Nothing like your issue and it wasn’t a new(er) car either. Bought a 6 year old L322 RR 4.2SC as approved used from a LR main dealer. The car had done about 60k miles when we got it. Discovered it had a slight oil leak from under the engine bay and it was reported within the first month of ownership.

During a hellish two plus years the car spent almost as much time in the main dealer garage as it did on the road. Despite promise after promise that they had fixed or would fix it, they ultimately conceded it needed a new engine (or as good as) and it would cost them £10k to put it right which they said they would not do. So they tried to get me to be the one to lose out, washed their hands of me and said if I didn’t like or accept their offer - deal with their solicitor. So I did, partly fuelled by the arrogant disdain of some idiot of a regional director who they wheeled in after two years giving it the “bigIam”. Despite the problems with the car we had actually managed to cover 22k miles in two years. Anyway, without going to court and after hard negotiation with their solicitor, we got a full refund of our original purchase price and a full refund of every penny we had spent servicing and maintaining the car from the point of purchase (my audit trail of communication with the main dealer about the vehicle being unfit for purpose and contradicting LR approved used claims of excellence was strong).

A real shame as it was a lovely car.
