Probably trade in at a dealer. Have considered a 5.0SC but the ULEZ exemption is cancelled out by the extra fuel costs and then the rest is the same. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322) |

I drink good whisky and drive a FFRR because, as far as I know, they have neither where I’m going next. |

Or you might get run over by that taxi and all the fun spending on the Range Rover ends too! Enjoy it, you never know when it is over. |

Fuel difference is nowhere near as much, perhaps only 10mpg difference on a good day. I don't get the 5K on servicing and parts per year either, I'm at about 10% of that. Insurance is only about £340, tax is what £580? So about £1,350 / year plus fuel...Not bad at all for what it is. Yours seems very expensive... |

There are two advantages on getting 5.0SC ; 1) The satisfaction of driving a RR & 2) The satisfaction of depriving Mr Khann of £2k to squander. |

4.2SC is ULEZ compliant as well. - won’t help on running cost compared to the 5.0 but less upfront outlay |

Did you fill out a spreadsheet before tieing the knot as well?

Is it the ULEZ that's killing it for you?

ULEZ London is £12.50 per day. As per TFL website.

I thought the ULEZ was that but wondered if there's a resident discount, as I think I've read that that has been cancelled.
