My 08 TDV8 Vogue steering wheel adjuster has never worked for the short period I have owned this car. Luckily it is in a position suitable for both my wife and I, however I would like to get it working.

I checked the fuse, OK.
The wheel moves to the previously stored memory positions from the seat memory switches. So it's not the motors, mechanism or electrical supply.
I replaced the column switch with a used one, no fix.

So in short, it will move with the seat memory switches, but it won't with the steering column toggle switch.

Any ideas?
