Would Jaguars sat nav work in a FF

What with them more or less being the same company do you think a Jag's Sat Nav Dvd would work in a FF

No not at all stan , i just got the recent Sat Nav disc for the FFRR and was wondering with the Jag and FF both being Denso and such like if it would work in mine , coz for some strange reason the wife's XF has better graphics and i was going to swap them about , not that i really use the Sat Nav ………… just curious

sorry mate i cant answer that..i suppose the only way to find out is to try it but then if it goes wrong what do you do!!

i think you're gonna be walking round the showroom when you drop you range off for a mot, i gather it'll be a main dealer with FFRR on show..

Car dropped off , given a freelander , seen a nice Rimini Red 4.4 TDV8 sales guy going to price mine up against it ….

And a stunning black Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8 with all the bits £77k ….

Also seen a really nice used 2010 Mdl £62k , 3,400 miles with the Dark brown leather and Ivory along with the wood trim , 70/30 on that combo tho ..

The disc has nothing to do with the graphics, it's just mapping/POI data.

there is some firmware on the disc, as mine upgraded when i put the 2009/10 disc in, but i think the GUI stays the same..

it would be nice to have an updated user interface with a more modern look though..

True, depends on the disc whether there's a firmware update on or not, but either way the interface isn't touched.

i just wonder if the rumoured forth-coming 2011 map update will have any thing extra on it..
