Our FF was in the dealer yesterday for some work (lower tailgate not working, plus numerous electrical gremlins inc heated seat problem).

They obviously haven't fixed the seat problem. The button lights with 2 lights, the seat heats slightly, then it turns down to one light then none, then back to one light. Sometimes when you press the button nothing happens but then it comes to life and seems to have remembered you have pressed it (ie press it twice - nothing - then 10 secs later one light comes on).

Driving home today switched both seats on, they both went from two lights to none in about 5 secs (both at same time and no where near max temp cut off) then both back to one light.

We have a 2011 4.4 TDV8, I don't think they did the battery swap but said they did the software upgrades.

I am reluctant to take it back 'blind' and for them to say 'No Problem', but feel like asking them to speak to LR to see if they have any ideas prior to loosing the car for another day again.
