google maps and waze are miles better than any JLR navigation so personally i wouldnt bother with the LR navigation.. ...i believe you can also have apple maps on yours as well. ... - .- -.

im not sure there is an Over the air update to the mapping on MY16. it maybe you have an early MY17 car.

Thanks for the replies. Will not bother with the navigation subscription. Personally I like the incontrol so I can check car is locked and can also warm the car before entry. Paid for the incontrol tracker for peace of mind. |

i think the maps can only be updated via download to usb dongle and then transferred to the FF..

The factory tracker is a complete & utter waste of money.I had my MY17 stolen ,it was driven 1.5m away, down a residential back street ,contents of boot emptied into a garden.There after the tracker didn't work and car not seen since.
