Bill Oddie used prices !!

Started casting around for a replacement via various sellers, looking mainly at last of the L322's or possible early L405. fully understand market forces and all that but WOW...if I was buying mne all over again today, it would be 3 grand dearer.

Might have to spend spend spend on my current one and then hope the Euro6 city centre tax racket starts to persuaded people to dump some more on to to the market.

But do you want an L322 that's spent it's life as a city runabout?
Prices are mad though - but so is buying any Range Rover......... 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

You’re right the London cars can be a bit of a trade off! Bodywork tends to be much less rust if it’s been in London most of its life but wear and tear mechanically can be higher.

As an aside an acquaintance of mine has found a nice little loophole for London! He’s bought a 1970’s Land Rover Series 3 109” which is classed as a historic vehicle and as it’s a 12 seater it’s now registered as a mini bus so can use bus lanes!!!!, so no MoT, no tax, ULEZ exemption, no depreciation and able to use a bus lane…admittedly 16mpg, no creature comforts and the turning circle of the Exxon Valdez are a few drawbacks!😅but I still have to salute his creativity, thinking of that it won’t be too long before the 110” will be a historic vehicle and that would be sn interesting proposition!😂
