I had these on my L322 and took them off before I sold it. Cost me around £650 ish from memory and they did around 3.5k miles.

Pretty much as new aside from the odd cosmetic mark.

How do you connect the plug into them that connect to the adaptive control system ? onto no6 Range Rover

Dead easy - there is a plug on top of the top mount. Took me about 15 mins per side to remove them and put the old ones back in
