How would I go about removing this dashtop vent ?
Does the dashtop have to come out ?

Just had this on my 2008, get a broad flat trim tool under the edge nearest to you to ease it up ( got to say mine came apart at this point) first then lift up back edge. Had to get the front face of it back on main body bit of a fiddle getting the levers lined up with the flaps they control, went back easier than it came out.
