Animal's chewed exhaust temp cable under the car

Hi all,

Started the L322 ('12 TDV8) this AM and dash came up with red 'Restricted Performance'. Called out LR assistance, who did some diagnosis.

Turns out an animal (a fox I suppose) has chewed a cable under the car last night.

LR tech showed me pics of the chewed cable and said I need an 'exhaust gas temperature sensor post DPF'.

Does anyone know what LR part number this might be? The chap suggested it was a simple swap - does that sound right to those of you in the know?

Thanks in advance!

United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Buckingham Blue

Sounds like the sensor downstream of the DPF so should be a simple swap out job.
Get underneath and locate it. Photo it and head off to nearest LR main dealer for a replacement. I normally avoid main dealers but for these types of sensor I'd go Genuine Parts.
There is a workshop manual in the Wiki on here which will no doubt be of use Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"
2025MY Defender D350 90 in Silicon Silver on coils
1974 Series 3 Lightweight = "Millie"
Many, many other Landies over the years
