2011 Conversion - where is best?

Just been looking at BigJ's conversion and think as I can't afford a 2011 the next best option is to convert!

Question is where is the best place do have it done in the South East (Essex)?

Typical prices etc ?

I want the full job done , front and rear lights , all bumpers , grill and side vents etc

Is it worth the money if I only have the 2006 interior etc - the illusion of a 2011 exterior with an old interior? CURRENT : FFRR 2012 4.4 TDV8

It's your car so do what you like to it Smile

I like it, and mines the 05 interior.

I brought my parts from DCC and had them fitted at DCC in South Woodford London. Personally go there and see for yourself and try to not let this thread turn into a flame war. I was pleased and I think my car speaks for itself? Used to have:
2005 FFRR 4.4 Vogue - BRC LPG Conversion & Remapped

Now have:
2008 SSRR 3.6 TDV8 - HSE and plenty of toys

BigJ - I've got to agree yours does look the nuts! There will always be some who have had bad dealings with companies where others have had excellent service ! CURRENT : FFRR 2012 4.4 TDV8

DCC were recommended to me by Adrian at Revere London. He said they send all the Revere cars to DCC so that's probably where I would go 06 4.2 SC Bonatti Grey/ Ivory

ask your ins company and class it as a bodykit.

Great idea, lie to the insurance company. That's a surefire way to invalidate the policy. Not exactly a bodykit with all those electrical and main panel changes.

I would not consider it a lie to the insurance company the facelift is only a body kit.

The car underneath is the same, and the new model is really only a body kit difference with some new electrics and interior. The good thing from an insurance point of view is that the body kit is OEM Land Rover and designed properly with crash safety etc. So apart from making it look more valuable which many other body kits might do, it is at least a manufacturer recommended part. Tom
