Its not for me, I dont understand how they could make an ugly car so much worse!

I like the classic, the P38 and L322 from then on imho the designers just switched off.

So no thanks.....

PS its not just the RR it's all of the Land Rover range that for me has gone downhill. I used to be a big fan of the Disco 3/4, Defenders and earlier models but the latest Disco's and Defenders are just plain ugly.
And dont get me on to the Evoke's et al they look like someone stepped on one of my Corgi cars

I'm probably in a minority here but I really like the back end of the L460.

One of the things that put me off the L405 was the design of the rear lights. They just seemed wrong to me but I love the new ones on the L460.

Dunc. The life you have is the only one you'll get; make the most of it.

Just think,

In 8 to 11 years the brake lines will rot and need replacing, unless they have switched over to cupra-nickel (dont hold your breath). The brake lines on my Skoda Octavia mk1 vrs (84k miles) are still like new.

The tooling costs for the press tools for this cars outer body panels are a lot less relative to prices at the time than say a P38 etc with very few panel steps/ flairing and extensive use of CNC /automation. How do they keep the strength in such a large area? every car park door edge ding will stand out like a sore thumb.

I agree with Dunc the lights look original design and I like them, but im sure I have seen an american 4x4 with something very similar. With the climate getting worse flooding etc id want something that looks that it could protect me and not cost the earth.

Sorry guys but i think its a souless slab sided over priced box.

You probably shouldn’t buy one then!

I’m not a huge fan, but can see positives with the design, it does look more modern and things move on. Maybe it will make mine look old in a couple of years time like the L405 did with the L322 (probably not as quickly as it’s closer design wise) but I’m not that bothered and will probably be in something else by then anyway. MY23 Panamera E-Hybrid

I'd just keep ordering new ones if that happened. Problem solved. L405 P400e Autobiography (MY2020)... Silicon Silver / Espresso
