Well, the time has probably come. Last night a loud whining noise came from under the bonnet followed by an immediate loss of power and a coast to the side of the southbound A3 just before the Hindhead Tunnel. Recovery driver reported oil on the floor so my immediate thinking is that the car (3.6 TDV8) has ingested its own turbos.

I’ll get it recovered to the specialist for a final opinion but in anticipation of the worst, are there any specialist FF recyclers out there that may want it?
