L405 SDV8 2014 Metal Grinding Noise When Turning Right

Help, this one seems to have my mechanic baffled. My Range Rover L405 SDV8 2014 suffers from a metal grinding noise frm rear when turning right on a uneven surface at low speeds (10mph ish). At greater speeds the problem is not apparent, likewise turning left does not cause the problem. To make matters worse its intermittent.

Suspension, brakes etc were inspected by a Land Rover specialist who claims no issues, but likewise there mechanic claimed he could not generate the issue.

My concerns are is it maybe differential related, but its difficult to pinpoint and its not a nice noise, and could possibly lead to a substantial failure. Anybody ideas what it could be, as Land Rover main dealer can't look at it for 5-6 weeks?

Thanks in advance
