let the FF sleep for a while and the message should clear......

if it doesnt it could be the replacement battery which is at fault ...duracells normally work best.. ... - .- -.

I found locking the car with the remote and unlocking it again cleared the dash message for me.

i think Duracell are the batteries of choice here. they also give a 10yr guarantee that it will work from the packaging Bow down
that is pretty awesome to say if you un pack after 10 years it will be as good as new 2012 Vogue 4.4 TDV8 - Current

Low keyfob battery message

Have the same issue here so will let it sleep and hopefully will clear itself. Useful system but only if it is cleared before next low battery.

I used Energiser ones. They also have a 10 year shelf life guarantee and child resistant packaging.

Duracell have a counterfeiting problem and I've been caught out by it before.

low battery message

Hi Caesium
Thanks for that. I checked it with a volt meter after cleaning surfaces and it showed 3 volts etc. Also my other key which didn't clear it either. Its rested for a day so will try it again today, fingers crossed!

Add on, As has been posted above the message disappeared after a days sleep. Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter
