Are there any solicitors here who would be able to pick up a case regarding a consumer issue? Or, can anyone recommend a solicitor who will do such work. If they are in the North-East that would be even better.

Sadly the solicitor I've used in the past doesn't deal with consumer issues and has a full diary of work anyway.
