Due to being unlucky with punctures I will need new tyres sooner than later, what's the current thinking about tyres for 22" rims. I have a mixture of Continental and Pirelli currently and they both have that noise cancelling foam in them. Geoff

Others will be along shortly but I have found 285/40/22 to be the best size, its the correct rolling ratio to the original 18 or 19 inch wheels the car originally came with, so no speedo error, it fills the wheel arch out nicely, the 40 profile protects the rim from pot hole damage due to the higher profile and protects the rim edge from that accidental curbing if you get to close.
