That's the coolant manifold to heater matrix return hose adaptor.

Part number JHC000081. Cost £7.31 back in 2013 from a main dealer... the parts man at the time said it has a lifespan of around 10 years on average.

Hi thanks for the advice guys, yes that's the part that's leaking. Glad to see it's inexpensive. @steptoe what was the procedure to change it? I'm guessing it's just 2 connections to remove and then put the new one on and top up coolant and bleed? It’s a simple push fit connection. Then top up and bleed cooling system. |
