2006 TD6 A/C Belt Tensioner

Hi all, I am trying to gather information on the A/C belt tensioner on my 2006 TD6 (M57 engine) Fatty. I can hear the bearing complaining and have ordered the tensioner complete but can't find anywhere the information on how to remove it! The end of the new tensioner arm is squared off, I assume (?) to locate in a tensioner spring? But how is the arm and pulley secured in the housing.
There is a lot of info out there regarding the tensioners attached to the serpentine belt but very little info on this A/C belt tensioner which is located at the bottom of the engine next to the A/C compressor.
Does it just pull out of the housing.. I don't think so!
Any help would be appreciated. Crying or Very sad
