Leak in power steering rubber 03-td6

Was looking under the beast yesterday and I noticed that the L/H rubber concertina thingy on the steering arm(just before the end spindle) was looking rather damp. The R/H side was dry as.
Soooo, what coud be and how would one fix it.

TIA

Check that the oil isn't dropping onto the steering rack gaiter from above.
It might not even be a steering problem. Paul,

The stain is much lighter above the centre line, much darker below the line when looking at it from underneath.
I did top up the fluid in the reservoir and will keep and eye on it over the next few days/weeks.

cheers littlecub
