13% throttle position at idle

I was looking at my iid tool for something else and spotted that my throttle position is reporting 13% even with the pedal not pressed is this normal? Is this the percentage the butterfly opens as opposed to the pedal?

Also the accelerator pedal sensors 1 and 2 also show 13% Current stable:

IIRC last time I looked at mine on fatty offroader is was around there, what you should check is that it gets to 100% when you floor it, my pedal was worn out and it only got in the 80's, made a noticeable difference with a new one..!!! Thumbs Up Pete

Mine also runs at 13.7% at idle. I never thought to check load and such at WOT but will tomorrow.

Did you check the load?

I checked mine on iidtool and snap on solus and get the same:

Throttle position sensor 79 max dropped to 50ish at high revs for a brief moment

Acc pedal sensor 1 and 2 81% all the way down but now kicking down, 90% kickdown on

Is this normal or not for a 4.2? Would be great to hear from some of you guys - you don’t even need the car running to test I got the same results driving and not driving.

Would the throttle position be linking to the pedal position? Interesting it’s lower than the pedal?
