l322 Alignment (Kwit Fit) Advice Please

See attached

Went kwitfit for an alignment as steering pulling to right (Would pulling to right only be affected by the toe or could the rear camber affect this too ?), My Toe adjustment was out quite bit and in red so they made adjustments to that, which is now centre see photo.

Was told they cannot adjust camber on the Range Rovers fronts and the rear doesn't really need adjustment and to just do the front (mine is a 2003 l322)

Now me looking online after seems the rear camber can be adjusted quite easy ?? and they would need a certain tool for front but they said the camber should be fine and leave it.

would you be happy with this outcome ?

any advice as can pop back just little out my expertise.

Are they meant to adjust to the road crown ? read online aswell.

Only my personal opinion but I wouldn't let Kwik Fit anywhere near my tracking, take it to a trusted garage that has the correct equipment/skills/tools to do the job. I had mine done a few weeks back at a good indy who know to put the car into tight tolerance mode before making adjustments. Not to expensive at £86.00

Unfortunately 2003 has no tight tolerance mode :-/ but was put on ramp, engine off and on to let it self adjust. rolled back and forward and door left open so the suspension would not self adjust. suspension locked into normal ride height.

normally only go Kwik Fit air on re gas and thought alignment as nearest for 4 wheel tracking. would not use for anything else.

Just interested to know if the result is within spec, and if the rear camber being where it is, is ok or not :-/ 2003 Range Rover 4.4 Litre V8 - Adriatic blue

I would guess that you might get some scrubbing of the rear tyre on that side as it is clearly outside of tolerance, although the front appears to be OK. How did it drive afterwards, has the pulling to one side gone now? 2011 TDV8 Vogue SE

Seems to drive fine now, toe was showing on screen large out spec which they did fix and seems to resolved main issue with steering pulling to one side, and camber on front from research there right need a tool to do.

just my concerns they said the back they recommended they don't need to adjust but from doing research now seems it should have been done ? as rear camber is on edge tolerance. I dont know Razz 2003 Range Rover 4.4 Litre V8 - Adriatic blue

Camber is easy to adjust on both front and rears, but I would definitely check your rear suspension bushes top an lower before perusing further, they do have a tendency to wear which would put you suspension geometry out.
You can check by lifting the rear with a trolley jack under the rear suspension arm where the shocker bolt comes through. Lift the wheel about 2 inches from the ground then put a leaver under the tyre and lift up and down, you will feel any play in the joints. You should also try to rock the wheel side to side and try to rotate back and forth with the handbrake applied, again you’ll feel any play, there should be none. Just don’t put you fingers under the wheel, just in case it moves on the jack.

Our L322 was done by a local place, it didn’t feel right at all afterwards. So we had it done by a specialist that the local Porsche garage apparently use and it was night and day.. it wasn’t cheap £90ish but it make all the difference.

As above though, I checked and replaced quite a few bushes before splashing out on the time and cash to have it done properly.

Just had the L405 done there because it didn’t feel right on the backend, dealer assured us they checked it and it was fine. Never told the chap what the issue was, but he quickly said it’s being pushed from behind made the changed and again it was like driving a different car.

IMO pays to have it done well… oh and the L322 the rear bolts are a challenge to loosen off so I’d recommend feeing them off before taking them. Sold - Bell a 2015 MY16 Loire Blue Autobiography 4.4 SDV8
