N/s air filter box removal.

Hi all
Can anyone help me with the “ How To “ on my ffrr 2012 V8 Diesel. I’ve read that the n/s air filter box will pull free and out but I fear that something will go if I pull at it any harder! Like to access the fuel filter etc.
Thanks Dave Big Cry Big Cry

Hiya Dave I removed mine the other week and just pulled it up and it came out rather easily. If everything is disconnected then give it a good pull up and it should pop out. It's only held in by a plastic ball that fits into a rubber cup underneath it. You may need to push it to the left a little bit too free it from the rubber cowl that goes into the wing. Hope this helps.

N/s air box

Thanks for your help and confirmation that it’s possible to get this out next time. I was looking at changing the fuel filter but found a good way to do this on YouTube by a chap named Pat. Care needed in putting it back together again but a quicker way to do it. Thumbs Up
Thanks again
Dave
