Clearing personal locations on satnav

I have an L405 which has my Home location and others in the satnav memory. As I've now moved house I need to change the location of home. I've been round and round in circles trying to do this simple task, and failed miserably.
Can some kind soul tell me how to do this? As I will be selling the car soon I could do with knowing how to clear all locations too, whilst I'm at it.

Do you have an app on your PC or phone for the Satnav for your car? If you do you can clear the locations there. All LR cars from 1984
